E-Government Platform

We developed a comprehensive digital platform that transformed how Somali citizens interact with government services. The platform enables secure online access to various government services, including document requests, license applications, and payment processing. Built with modern web technologies and robust security measures, the platform serves thousands of users daily while maintaining high performance and reliability.

The Challenge

The Somali government needed a modern, secure platform to digitize citizen services. Legacy systems were inefficient, insecure, and inaccessible to most citizens. There was a critical need for a centralized system that could handle multiple services while ensuring data security and user privacy.

The Solution

We built a full-stack platform using Next.js for the frontend, PostgreSQL for data management, and AWS for cloud infrastructure. The solution includes multi-factor authentication, role-based access control, document management system, and integrated payment processing. We implemented comprehensive security measures including encryption, secure API endpoints, and regular security audits.
