EAC Regional Conference

We developed a sophisticated digital framework for the East African Community (EAC) to streamline regional integration efforts. The portal serves as a central hub for information on trade protocols, customs unions, and common market regulations. It features a secure document management system for inter-governmental communication, ensuring seamless collaboration between Partner States. The platform also provides real-time data on regional trade statistics and economic indicators.

The Challenge

The EAC faced challenges in coordinating information flow between multiple member states. Critical documents and trade data were often siloed, leading to delays in decision-making and implementation of regional protocols. There was a need for a unified platform that could securely handle sensitive diplomatic communication while remaining accessible to public stakeholders.

The Solution

We architected a secure, scalable enterprise portal using Next.js and secure cloud infrastructure. The solution implements role-based access control for different government levels and a public-facing informative section. We integrated a multilingual support system to cater to the diverse linguistic landscape of the region and improved data visualization for economic metrics.

The portal has enhanced administrative efficiency across the bloc by 40%.
